Payment method? We take all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.

What does the inside look like? It is lined with a gray carpeting that not only looks very nice, but also reduces out side noise.

Are the tops easy to remove? Yes. We have three methods of attachment depending on the top that you order. Our Jeep tops are removed with bolts and camlocks. You can generally have a 1pc Jeep top off in about 5 minutes, and it usually takes two adults to do this. All of our other tops are easily removed with camlocks and hand tightened knobs that require no tools at all. The front piece on both our Jeep Top and Tracker/Vitara/Sidekick tops, can be removed in about 1 minute using the above mentioned camlocks and knobs.

What do I need to install the top? In most cases all you will need are a couple of tools such as a drill, and a wrench or socket. Most of the brackets and rails line up with pre-existing holes that are already present in your vehicle. Other than the tools mentioned, we supply you will all of the hardware that you will need to completely install the top.

If I come by your office, can you install it for me? Yes, we do installations for a fee of $60.00. This saves you both time and money. By allowing us to do the install, you can see “first hand” how it is installed and it saves you the trouble of installing it yourself. This also eliminates any shipping costs.

What if I am not satisfied? We do offer a satisfaction guarantee and will give you a full refund of the purchase price. We do pride ourselves in doing all we can to make sure that our customers are pleased with both our product and customer service. That is why we are readily available from 8:00am to 8:00pm EST Monday through Saturday for any questions or concerns that you may have. Unfortunately, any additional costs, including shipping, will not be refunded.
